At WishQi, we dedicate ourselves to preserving the ancient craft of incense making. We hope our creations bring peace and elevation to your modern rituals. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the delicate nature of handmade incense and for hygiene reasons, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, unlit, and in its original packaging. Please note: Because scent is subjective, we cannot accept returns for incense that has been opened or burned.

4. Non-returnable Items

• Custom products or special bulk/wholesale orders.
• Items purchased on sale or with promotional gift cards.
• Incense holders or accessories that show signs of use.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at wishqi260314@outlook.com. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
